Facilities Management (FM) Manager - supporting UK and overseas sites - ensuring legal compliance with FM maintenance activities - building infrastructure, utilities and M&E assets - secure assets - based Tewkesbury - attractive, negotiable salary

We are looking for a Facilities Management (FM) Manager to provide specialist Facilities Management (FM) to support UK and overseas sites

The role of Facilities Management (FM) Manager will be to make sure that the company is delivering safely and is legally compliant with the FM maintenance activities relating to building infrastructure, utilities and M&E assets and to work as part of the Site Operations Business Improvement team

Day to day duties of the Facilities Management Manager (UK/Overseas/Infrastructure) will include:

* Ensuring that the company remain legally compliant with respect to its FM Health & Safety obligations.
* Providing and maintaining an overarching common Governance Framework for all infrastructure support activities across the secure estate.
* Providing expert advice and guidance on Hard & Soft FM and support.
* Supporting the delivery of the Site Operations Business Improvement plan.
* Providing specialist FM expertise in support of UK and overseas sites including governance, assurance, advice and guidance in all aspects of statutory, mandatory and routine FM maintenance activities related to building infrastructure, utilities and M&E assets.
* Implementing and managing a robust FM Governance framework model across the entire secure estate.
* Developing and implementing "best practices" processes that support the Hard & Soft FM maintenance delivery model.
* Asset configuration and control
* Supporting the preparation of costed proposals for new works and other complex maintenance tasks.
* Remaining current on all developments and legislation appertaining to Hard & Soft FM.
* Standing in as temporary Site Manager during periods of unexpected absence or extended leave
* Working with the Business Change Project Manager to identify and progress business improvements in the Site Operations Department
* Working with the Health & Safety Adviser to ensure compliance with legal and mandatory Health & Safety obligations.
