IT Support Technician - experience of providing technical support in a multi site Microsoft Windows Domain environment - IT related qualification - technical support experience - Windows 7, Vista, XP, Server 2008 - MS SQL Server administration - Network administration & Cisco experience - Active Directory/Group Policy - Symantec Backup Exec experience - based Harrogate - salary £16 - 19K depending on experience plus private healthcare, life assurance, private pension. We are looking for an IT Support Technician to manage in-house customer technical support issues and provide remote support to field based employees and international offices. Candidates for the position of IT Support Technician must have experience of providing technical support in a multi-site Microsoft Windows Domain environment.
