Technical Sales & Marketing

Sales Engineers and Managers are usually technically qualified engineers or technicians who have switched career path to a technical sales environment using their former qualifications/skills.

Positions may also be available for those who wish to make their career in sales and hold engineering/technical positions that involve client/customer interaction but have still to ‘cross over’ into a pure sales role.

Marketing positions in this category are usually either for marketing professionals who have worked in an engineering or technical environment or else for engineers/technicians who have crossed over into the marketing sphere

Sales and/or marketing roles can be internal (i.e. office based) or external, but most require some time spent at a desk.
