We work within short skill marketplaces providing a tailored, personalised service to help our clients recruit vacancies efficiently and effectively.

We offer our service through a dual path solution.

Firstly, as a traditional database search facility which includes extensive advertising and Internet drilling.

Secondly as a specialised risk-share headhunting facility. This facility operates alongside the data base search activities, and provides complete client confidentiality. In addition to vacancies which are traditionally sourced in this way we are also prepared to work on positions whose level may not normally be subject to a selection search but which may prove troublesome for the client to fill in today’s marketplace.

To provide you with this comprehensive and efficient service all candidates are interviewed in depth either on the telephone or in person. Company visits are made (where applicable) to take on job specifications in order to capture the client’s culture and working environment.
